I loved taking Jenny’s course. Jenny is a fantastic teacher, and the course was set up in such a way that I really learned my new skills thoroughly. On our Zoom calls I could watch Jenny doing the step we were working on, and then Jenny could watch me replicating it on my shade. This meant that Jenny could see what I was doing, and could make suggestions to help, answer questions as I was doing it, and could check that I had the hang of it before I then completed the step in preparation for our next Zoom lesson. The pattern of the lessons gave me a target to finish each step, and I loved watching my shade take shape. As part of the course Jenny asks you to make a second shade alongside the one you work on with her. This was a huge benefit to me. As I made my second shade I found out what I still needed to work on and gave me an opportunity to then ask Jenny at our next session. I finished the course with a really thorough knowledge of the skills needed, and the bonus of a second lampshade! I highly recommend Jenny’s course. The tuition and the equipment provided are all excellent, the learning process is tailored to your needs, and the whole experience is really enjoyable.
